He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Frank McGoldrick and Jean McGoldrick; his wife Peggy; his children, Bob (Elaine) of Westport, NY, Kevin (Deborah) of Spring, TX, Meg Tweedy (Jim) of Darien, CT, Mary McGinnis (John) of Durham, NC, Christopher (Sue) of Darien, CT and Anne Koo (Jack) of Denver; and his sister Jean. He was also cherished by eight grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in his memory to the Transylvania County Library Foundation.
