She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Catherine Mae Bowers and Elmore Dixon Bowers, Sr.; her sons, Douglass Robinson Parker, Jr., Floyd Bower Parker (Teresa), Thomas Andrew Parker (Robert Teverino) and Michael Wayne Wilson II (Allison); her brothers, Richard and Thomas Bowers of Rock Hill; and her grandchildren, Jonathan Ross and Alyson Frances Parker.
