He was predeceased by: his parents, Marie Galloway Meece and Cull Galloway; his wife Martha Galloway; his stepfather Albert Meece; his siblings, Nealis (Greasy), Floyd, Lester, Louis, Clinton (Speedy), Doyle, Boyd, Helen Fowler, Dorothy King, Louise Cody and Donna Vee Hamilton; and his stepsiblings, Jerry and Mary Jane Meece.
He is survived by: his great-niece Erika McCall (Kris); his sister Carol Hanna of Six Mile, SC; and also, Abby and Eli. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews, and a bunch of friends.
In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the Mt. Moriah Cemetery fund or to Rosman High School athletics. (He always loved to hear about the sports that Abby and Eli were playing at the time).
