She was predeceased by: her parents, Marie Galloway and Culwell Galloway; her stepfather Albert Meece; her husbands, Donald McCall and L. Hamilton (Buddy); her siblings, Louise Cody, Dorothy King, Helen Fowler, Nealis, Floyd, Lester, Lewis, Clinton (Speedy), Doyle and Boyd Galloway; her stepsister Mary Jane Meece; her stepdaughter Barbara Ann Hamilton; and her stepbrothers, A. J. and Jerry Meece.
She is survived by: her son Steve McCall of Lake Toxaway; her grandsons, Allen McCall (Leigh Ann) and Daniel McCall (Hilary); her half-brother Will Pangle of Brevard; her great grandchildren, Meadow, Carson and Tucker McCall; her stepchildren, Kathy Adamson (Ken), Jennifer White (Sonny) and Randy Hamilton; her stepgrandchildren, Eric Searcy (Megan), Bradley Duvall, Shawn White and Morgan White; her stepgreat-grandchildren, Caiden Hunter, Alee, Lynn Duvall, Gracyn, Kannon, Easton, John Luke and Rhett Searcy; her siblings, Carol Hanna of Six Mile, SC and Harold Galloway of Rosman; and her close friend Betty Fisher. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Until Covid 19 became an issue, she loved visiting the nursing homes, trying her best to lift someone's spirits, patting them on the shoulder and telling them "I love you and Jesus loves you too.".
In lieu of flowers, the family requests your memorial be made to Calvary Mission Church, 100 Cemetery Road, Pisgah Forest, NC 28768, where she was a faithful member.
