It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Charlotte Loupe of Brevard, North Carolina, born in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, who passed away on January 17, 2021, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. She is survived by: her spouse Albin J Loupe, Jr. (Al) of Baton Rouge; her children, Nancy Loupe, Don Loupe (Denise), Carol Elferdink (Bill), Dave Loupe (Ellen), Teri Guarini (Lou) and Jim Loupe (Laurie); and her parent Beje Achord. She is also survived by 14 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren.
A memorial service will be held at a later date, when the threat of the Covid pandemic is not so great.
