He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter C. Taylor Sr. and Nancy Justice Taylor; and his brother Jack Taylor (Kay) of Shelby, NC. He is survived by: his wife Betty Harris Taylor; his son Mark Taylor (Dee) of Inman, SC; his granddaughter Charlee Joy; his brothers, Joe Taylor (Emma Jean) of Franklin, NC and Jim Taylor (Cheryl) of Shelby, NC; and his sisters-in-law, Brenda Davis (Harvey) of Boiling Springs, NC and Teresa Warlick (Arthur) of Boiling Springs, NC. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
