She was predeceased by: her parents, Nicholas Buttera and Stella Buttera; and her brothers, Leonard and Chucky Buttera. She is survived by: her husband Donald Henry Hoefling; her children, Julie Pennell-Nicholson (John H. Nicholson, Jr.), Donald David Hoefling and Jamie Daniel Hoefling; her siblings, Florence Hammelev, Michaeleen Hernandez and Joseph Buttera; her grandchildren, Charles David Pennell, Allison Jade Hoefling, Roman Daniel Hoefling and Hallie Anastasia Hoefling; and her great grandchild Beckett Charles Pennell.
