He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Calvin Price and Lillie Laddie Lewis Price; his wife Jean Olive Lane Price; and his siblings, Glen, Ray, Don and Mildred.
He is survived by: his children, Luanne Carol Howard (Mark) of Goodlettsville, TN, Michael Lewis Price (Theresa) of Mechanicsville, VA and Amy Lane Vaughn (Kenneth) of Morganton, NC.; his grandsons, David Price, Andrew Price, Brian Price and Evan Vaughn; and his close friend Shirley Lewis.
