She was predeceased by: her parents, James Osteen and Ruth Lusk Osteen; her husband Jack William "Banny" Ward; and her siblings, James Freno Osteen Jr., Alvis Lee Osteen, Roland Burton Osteen, Carroll Wayne Osteen and Meredith Yvonne Ensley.
She is survived by: her children, Chiquita Crowe (Edward) and Ron Ward (Jennifer); her sister Anna Rue Parks; her grandchildren, Nikki Crowe, Garrett and Grayson Ward; her great grandchildren, Mason York and Walela Lambert; and her caregiver Cathy Green. She is also survived by her family and friends.
