He is survived by: his wife Suzy Harter; his son Mark Moyer (Tanya) of Schuylkill Haven, PA; his brother Dale Harter of White Haven, PA; his half-siblings, Kim Jones (Patti) of High Point, NC and Toni Blackwell (David) of Southampton, NJ; and his stepdaughters, Jennifer Baruch (Earle) and Mary Decker (Eddie) of Mt. Pleasant, SC. He is also survived by nine grandchildren.
