He was predeceased by: his parents, Julius R. Presnell and Beulah Presnell; and his wife Robin Presnell. He is survived by: his daughter Tammy Penley (Travis); his sister Jean Huntsinger (Tommy); and his nephew Ronald Shelton. He is also survived by two half-sisters; a niece and several nephews.
