She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Howard Rogers and Geneva Rogers; her grandparents, Bernard and Estus Higgins; her daughter Debra Kelly (Paul); her siblings, Margaret Ann Flowers and Roger A. Rogers (Faye); her grandson Bryan Angel of Surf City, NC; her stepgranddaughters, Jennifer Kelly of Surf City, NC, Alison Justice (Scott) of Lexington, KY and Jennifer Workman (David) of Wake Forest, NC; her great grandchildren, Dylan Blankenship, Brittany Smith (Colter), Ashley Blizzard, Wade Blizzard, Christian Justice, Destiny and David Ryan Workman; her great great grandchildren, Emma and Tucker Smith; her siblings-in-law, Abel Andy Stafford, Bernice and Sue Rogers; her husband Charles Stafford (Charlie); her son Phillip Reed; her brothers, Henry and Charles Rogers; and her sisters-in-law, Brenda Barker and Betty Mae Stafford. She was also cherished by nieces and nephews.
