It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Irma Tingle (Black Mountain, North Carolina), who passed away on May 16, 2021, at the age of 100, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Irma Tingle to pay them a last tribute.

She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Harvey Arthur, Sr. and Celia Lee Purser; her husband Roscoe; her brothers, Ormel, Jesse Lee, Harvey, Clifton, Paul and Harold; her daughter Dinah; her niece Sara King (Mac); and her nephew Jimmy Purser (Sharon). She was also cherished by many other nieces, nephews, great nieces, and great nephews.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made in Irma's honor, to Broad Street Christian Church Benevolent Fund 802 Broad St., New Bern, NC 28560 or Christmount Christian Assembly, 222 Fern Way, Black Mountain, NC 28711.
