It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Connie Gragg of Black Mountain, North Carolina, who passed away on May 11, 2021, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Julius McDowell and Margaret McDowell; and her brothers, Arthur Lee Nesby and Julius McDowell, Jr.. She is survived by: her husband Michael T. Gragg; her siblings, Betty McDowell, Lenora Randolph, Laura Boyd (Shawn) and Edward Hamilton (Cece); and her sister-in-law Ilka McDowell.
