He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Gilliam and Viola Davis Gilliam; and his children, Jeffrey H. Gilliam and Tami Gilliam Fox. He is survived by: his children, Betty Boles-Vanover (Steve) and Aaron M. Gilliam, Jr.; and his siblings, David Gilliam, Mickey Gilliam, Betty Sue O'Keefe and Kathleen Regan. He is also survived by seven grandchildren; seven great grandchildren.
