He was predeceased by: his siblings, Betty Ann, Marie, Madeline, James, Albert and Richard.
He is survived by: his children, Donald Wooten (Susan), Billie Ann Wooten Hawkins (Danny), Billy Arthur Wooten, Jr., Marcus Wooten (Elisha) and Jeffery Wooten (Sue); and his grandchildren, Mary, Zachary, Ethan, Cody, Cara, Tim, Lauren, Brice, Aiden, Mason, Taylor, Ryan, Rebecca and Monica. He is also survived by 11 great grandchildren.
