She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Lawrence Jordan and Dorothy Noles Jordan; and her daughter Lynda Jordan Blount. She is survived by: her husband Ferrell Leighton Blount III; her children, Ferrell Leighton Blount IV (Kennedy), Thomas Jordan Blount (Sarah) and Betsy Gray Barrus (Alban Kingsley Barrus III); and her grandsons, Ferrell Leighton Blount V, Thomas Lawrence Blount, Alban Kingsley Barrus IV, William Gray Barrus, Thomas Jordan Blount, Jr. and John Covey Blount. She is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
