It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Eugene Roberson (Bethel, North Carolina), who passed away on October 3, 2019, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Roberson and Martha Doughtie Roberson; and his daughter Melissa Lynn Roberson Williams. He is survived by: his wife Patricia Bissette Roberson; his children, Jennifer Leigh Roberson of Greenville and Phillip Wayne Roberson of Springfield, MO; and his stepchildren, Karen Dew of Newport and Timothy May of Greenville. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild.

“I realize that this is over a year past due, but Robbie was a friend from our Air Force days. I had lost touch with him on Facebook and just found his obituary. We were out there to visit the family around 1991 and met with him and Homer Funk. We were together in Turkey. A great friend Rest in Peace dear friend. Gone but not forgotten. Save me a place close by my friend.”
