He was predeceased by: his wife Esther Rich Brady; his daughter Annie Lou Brady; his parents, Ernest Brady and Viola Brady; and his siblings, Elosie Simmons and Lewis Wayne Brady.
He is survived by: his children, Jane Caviness (Raymond) of Siler City, Elizabeth Chrisco of Bennett, Thomas Leon Brady Jr. (Tammy) of Bennett and Keith Brady (Annette) of Bennett; his siblings, Janice Allen (Roy) of Asheboro, Lynden Brady of Bennett, Dwight Brady of Bennett, Michael Brady (Lois) of Bennett, Sam Brady of Goldsboro, Gilbert Brady (Ann) of Asheboro and Steve Brady (Iva) of Asheboro; his grandchildren, Jamie Kirkman, Ashley Brady, Tiffany Brady, Chris Caviness, Jennifer Parker, Katie Caviness, Frank Chrisco and Tony Chrisco; and his great grandchildren, Kirsten Stovall, Jakson Kirkman, Easton Kirkman, Courtney Caviness, Reagan Caviness, Jay Parker, Xander Parker, Avery Chrisco and Adalyn Chrisco.
