He is survived by: his parents, Connie Mims Wentz of Mount Holly, NC and Kim Wentz (Terry) of Dallas, NC; his son Logan Dalton Crisp; and his sisters, Kelly Wentz Parker (Ryan) of Belmont, NC, Stephanie Hollar (David), Lyndsi Boye (Kevin) and Susan Bradshaw. He is also survived by other aunts, uncles.
