He was predeceased by: his parent James Denton Kelly; and his brothers, Robert Kelly, Kenneth Kelly and Melborn Kelly. He is survived by: his parent Bessie Modlin Kelly; his spouse Elizabeth "Claudette" Furman; and his sister Faye Kelly Shavender of Greenville. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
