She was predeceased by: her parents, Lonnie Theodore Guthrie and Cassie Campen Potter Foster; her daughter Cassie Foster; and her siblings, Ted Guthrie, Beatrice Foster and Sina Thurman.
She is survived by: her children, Pamela F. Tetterton (Marvin) of Pinetown, Loretta Foster and Ellis Garfield Foster, Jr.; her grandchildren, Tiffany Cornelius, Staci Cornelius and Brooklyn Taylor; her great grandchildren, Christopher Cornelius and Skyler Cornelius; and her brother Tilmon Guthrie.
