He was predeceased by: his parents, Curtis Elwood Smith, Sr. and Sylvia Marilyn Keech Smith; and his daughter Hailey Smith. He is survived by: his wife Vicky Earleen Brooks of Pinetown; and his daughters, Sylvia Smith VanderWeit (Jacob) of Washington and Katelynn "Katie" Smith of Pinetown.
