He is survived by: his siblings, Andy Taylor (Brenda) of Newport, Dorothy Green of New Bern and Jennie Taylor of New Bern; and his nieces and nephews, Kenny Taylor (Tabitha) of Newport, Darrell Buck Jr. (Brenda), Amanda Taylor (Brandon) of Newport, Heather Buck of New Bern and Bambi Quezada (Gerardo) of Kinston. He is also survived by eight great nieces and nephews.
