He is survived by: his children, Charlotte Gillikin Lawrence (David) of Otway, Kelsey Brewer of Newport and Grant Gillikin of Havelock; his grandchildren, Brady, Carleigh Lawrence of Otway and MJ Garrison of Newport; his mother Shirley Shafer of Otway; his sister Paula Piner (Ivey) of Tusk; his nieces, Lindsey Kidd and Andrea Gillikin; his nephew Joshua Gillikin; and his great-nephews, Hinton Kidd and Bladen Davis.
