He was predeceased by: his parents, Jessie Lee and Blanche Osborne; his son Terry Osborne; and his wife Cecelia Frances Osborne. He is survived by: his son Kerry Van Osborne (Jeri) of Beaufort; and his sisters, Peggy Butler of Lexington, NC and Mary Ann Osborne of Lexington, NC.. He is also survived by four grandchildren and three great grandchildren.
