She is survived by: her husband Jimmy Lee Murray; her children, Daisy Mahaffey (Luther) of Beaufort and Ataurus Murray; her grandchildren, Christopher Simmons (Kelsey) of Morehead City, My'Siah of Beaufort, Tyrik of Beaufort and Charnella Mahaffey of Beaufort; her great grandchildren, Kaliyah and Kaleigh Simmons of Morehead City; her siblings, Katie Murray (Julius), Rita Benders (Artis) of Beaufort, Galetta White (Micheal) of Havelock, Gene Morris (Carolyn) of Virginia Beach, Johnnie Morris (Gilda) of Crowley, Louisiana and Craig Morris (Aby) of Beaufort; her siblings-in-law, Alfonzo Simmons of Beaufort and Esther Jones of Greenville; her godson Sharod Wallace; her sister Lillian Murray (Christeen); and her cousins, Nellie Crooms, Linda E. Prioleau and Patty Felton.
