Phillips of Newport News, VA; his grandchildren, Keli Sykes (David), Brandon Simmons (Stacy), Krystin Turlington, Kameron Turlington and Kara Turlington; and his great grandchildren, Dylan Sykes, Bayli Sykes, Tenli Sykes, Bryce Simmons and Evelyn Simmons.
