She was predeceased by: her father Joseph Marshall Koon; her husband Hilliard Paul Carter, Jr.; and her sister Joanne Peace. She is survived by: her children, Brian Carl Carter (Lisa) of Autryville, Joseph Russell Carter (Dawn Hall) of Autryville and Susan Marie Hall of Autryville; her sister Patricia Stacy-Suss of Washington; and her grandchildren, Matthew Carter, Brittany Collins, Nicholas Hall, Reed Carter, River Carter and Jeremy Maxwell. She is also survived by 4 great grandchildren.
