He was predeceased by: his parents, Stanley Boyette and Mary Sessoms Boyette; and his grandmother Emma Sessoms. He is survived by: his children, Page Boyette, Isaac Carter and Nevaeh-Lynn Jade Jackson; his girlfriend Mary Ann Chapman; his sisters, Corrie DePorter (Brian), Amy Walker and Wendy Rackley (Glenn Smith); his aunts, Donna Steiner, Connie Carter and Vickie Boyette (Andy); his uncle Richard Sessoms; and his grandmother Ardella Boyette. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
