He is survived by: his wife Laura Burton Jenkins; his children, Tammy Tyler Alger (John) of Autryville, NC, Alex Jenkins (Karenn) of Van Nuys, CA, Adam Jenkins (Heather) of San Carlos, CA and Ashley Jenkins of San Francisco, CA; his siblings, Jake Tyler (Frances), Billy Tyler (Kay), Jimmy Tyler (Glenda), Kenny Tyler (Patricia), Doug Collins (Hope), Jayne Pender (Louis), Marie Lane (Glenn) and Annie Tyler; his grandchildren, Nicole Tyler (Jeremy Ezzell), Trey Alger, Lucas Alger and Mason Jenkins; and his great grandchildren, Ashlyn Alger and Kynlei Alger.
