He is survived by: his wife Shirley Whitt; his children, Clinton Morris Whitt, III of Michigan and Michelle Smith (Wayne) of Churchville, MD; his grandchildren, C. M. Whitt, IV of Virginia and KaLynn Miller of Baltimore, MD; his great grandchildren, Savannah Chapa, Helena Chapa and Rio Chapa, Jr.; and his siblings, Allen, Hall, Ed, Jack, Billy Whitt, Nancy, Bonnie, Susie, Cindy, Debbie and Lucy.
