He was predeceased by: his parents, James G. Lamprinakos and Virginia C. Lamprinakos; his wife Esther Stathacos Lamprinakos; his children, James G. Lamprinakos and Eugenia S. Lamprinakos; and his siblings, Paul Lamprinakos and Tina Caras.
He is survived by: his daughter-in-law Melodie of Lexington, SC; his grandson George Lamprinakos II; his granddaughter-in-law Rachel; and his great grandchildren, James and Marie. He is also survived by many nephews and cousins.
