It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Walter Kirkman (Asheboro, North Carolina), who passed away on September 24, 2019, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Walter Kirkman to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Kirkman and Evelyn Lednum Kirkman; and his brothers, Earl (Francis Moon Kirkman), Rayford (Mary Lee Millikan Kirkman) and Arthur "Ed" (Inez Moon Kirkman).
He is survived by: his wife Lynda "Pennie" Hinson Kirkman; his children, April Fisher (Bruce) of Randleman, Phillip W. Kirkman (Pat) of Franklinville, Kenneth W. Kirkman (Cathy) of Staley and Allen W. Kirkman of Franklinville; and his brother Odell Kirkman (Virgie) of Ramseur. He is also survived by seven grandchildren, six great-grandchildren.
