He is survived by: his daughter Jolene Gross (Bryan) of Randleman; his mother Doris Welch Pugh of Asheboro; his brothers, Jerry Pugh of Asheboro and Maurice Pugh (Evonne) of Asheboro; and his granddaughters, Bailey Gross and Brianna Gross.
