She was predeceased by: her husband Carroll Roberson; her daughter Lillie Coble; her grandson Travis Coble; her mother Virla Kivett; and her brother Bob Kivett.
She is survived by: her children, Kenneth Varner of Asheboro, Carolyn Creason (David) of Asheboro and Pam Chestnut (John) of Hampton, VA; her grandchildren, Greg Cook, Heather Brock, Monta Spurio, Tina Pentedemos, Rodney Creason and April Creason; and her siblings, Betty Jones, Gaynell Craven, Raydean Kivett (Carol), Darrell Kivett (Evelyn) and Roger Kivett (Bonnie). She is also survived by 12 great grandchildren.
