She was predeceased by: her parents, Odell Honeycutt and Edna Honeycutt; her husband R. G. Powell; and her brother Marvin Honeycutt. She is survived by: her brother Harvey Lee Honeycutt (Donnette) of Sophia, NC; and her nieces, Teresa Honeycutt Rush of Randleman and Keisha Honeycutt Brady (Ricky) of Randleman. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
