It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Nancy Lee Brown Thompson (Asheboro, North Carolina), who passed away on July 20, 2019, at the age of 64, leaving to mourn family and friends. She is survived by: her daughters, Amy Allen (Chris) of Asheboro and Dawn Thompson of Greensboro; her granddaughter Kaitlin Beane of Asheboro; and her siblings, Clara Lou Hollingsworth (Gene) of Franklinville, Patsy Craven (Larry) of Asheboro, Doris LaPrade of Asheboro, Judy Powers of South Carolina, Darrell Brown of Winston-Salem and Lyndon Brown (Rebecca) of Asheboro. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.

In lieu of flowers the family encourages donations to be made to Toys for Tots to brighten a child's Christmas morning.
