It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Lola G. Maness (Asheboro, North Carolina), who passed away on February 21, 2020, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur Herman Garner and Conie Belle Brown Garner; her husband Howard Maness; and her son Kent Maness. She is survived by: her children, Cynthia Laughlin (David) of Randleman, Teresa Blackwell (Larry) of Asheboro, Tambreia Simmons (Kenneth) of Ophir, Kevin Maness (Debbie) of High Point and Dwain Maness (Wanda) of Asheboro; and her sisters, Stella Cagle of Seagrove, Shelby Bean (Kelly) of Seagrove, Barbara Hall of Candor and Zora Ellen Pugh of Asheboro. She is also survived by ten grandchildren, eleven great grandchildren, several step grandchildren and step great grandchildren.
