He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Lawson and Angie Owens Lawson; and his siblings, John Lawson and Betty Sue Lawson. He is survived by: his wife Barbara R. Lawson of Randlemen; his daughter Keisha N. Martini (Alan) of Greensboro; his siblings, Maxine Hiatt of Greensboro, Carol Ferree of Randleman, Bernice Phillips of Sophia, Teresa Wall (Ed) of Sophia, Ralph Lawson (Nancy) of Ramseur, Walter Lawson (Teresa) of Ramseur, James Lawson (Vicky) of Ramseur and Michael Lawson (Christine) of Ramseur; and his grandchildren, Maci Martini and Jaxon Martini.
