It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jeanette Covington (Asheboro, North Carolina), who passed away on June 13, 2019, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, June Covington and Waver Davis Covington; her nephew Leonard Covington (Latisha Harris); her children, Brian Clapp, Daijah Covington and Janiya Covington; her siblings, Mary F. Williams, Colleen Covington of Greensboro, NC, James "Sonny" Covington of Asheboro and Ronald Covington (Norma Jean) of Asheboro; her sister-in-law Betty Davis of Gibsonville, NC; and her close friend Julia Hardy. She was also cherished by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
