He was predeceased by: his parents, Homer E. Earnhardt and Henrietta Cozart Earnhardt; his former wife Wanda Wiles Earnhardt; his wife Eva Kennedy Mintz Earnhardt; his sister Corinna Earnhardt Davis; and his daughter Clara "Joy" Earnhardt Morris.
He is survived by: his stepchildren, Carol Blanchard Hall, Angela E. Galvan-Cruz, Donna E. Muck, Wanda Mintz, Bobby Mintz and Shelia Daniels.
