He was predeceased by: his parents, Willard Sparks and Chalma Sparks; and his brother Jerry Sparks. He is survived by: his wife Ann Sparks; his sons, Frankie David Sparks Jr. (Michelle) of Gibsonville and William Sparks (Hannah); his grandchildren, Colt and Amber; his great grandchild Bellamy; his brother Ronnie Sparks (Jackie) of Lexington; and his siblings-in-law, Barbra Auman (Michael) of Seagrove and Greg Hayes (Maggie) of Level Cross.
