It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Ferman E. Woodell (Asheboro, North Carolina), who passed away on December 23, 2019, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by: his father George Woodell; his daughter Penny; his granddaughter Ashley; his great grandchild Layla; and his daughter-in-law Bethann.

He is survived by: his wife Peggy; his children, Jeffery (Christine) of Asheboro, Anthony (Patsy) of Asheboro, Jerry of Lake Tillery, Mike of Asheboro and Lisa Hickman (Mike) of Sanford; his sister-in-law Fannie Moore; and his children, Sherrie, Danny Dunn, Ralph, Tammy Overman, Joe and Vicky Brown. He is also survived by his parents and all of his siblings.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that memorials be made to the Randolph County Honor Guard, PO Box 1672, Asheboro, NC 27204; or to any charity serving veterans.
