She was predeceased by: her fathers, Paul Phillips and Dannie Ritter Phillips; her husband Allen Craven; her daughters, Martha JoAnn Craven and Kathy Craven; and her siblings, Randall Phillips, Carrie Brewer, Naomi Andrews, Dorcas Key and Myrl Brewer.

She is survived by: her daughter Fonda Craven of Asheboro; and her sister Pauline Maness of Greensboro. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews and extended family.
