He is survived by: his mother Brenda Dougan (Donald) of Asheboro; his sisters, Michelle Barfield (Matthew) of Asheboro and Kelly Dunn (Jeremy) of Troy; his significant other Nikki Shreve of Robbins; his nieces, Katelyn, Hannah and Alyssa; his nephew Jeremy, Jr.; and his pet Zeus.

Memorials may be made to Whitehall Evangelical Methodist Church, 3335 Wesleyan Rd., Randleman, NC 27317.
