He is survived by: his wife Dorothy Rosson Loggins; his children, Kathryn L. Stowe (Rudy) and Marc Loggins (Cheryl); his stepdaughter Marcella Lilly; his grandchildren, Kerri Neil Storm (Andy), Sara Sumner, Bailey Stowe Stiles (Tyler) and Hal Stowe; his great grandchildren, Grayson, Charlie and Madeline Storm; his stepgrandchildren, Cameron Brown (Brittany), Nicholas McNeill and Katy Marse; and his stepgreat-grandson David Cameron Brown.
