She is survived by: her husband David Stafford Hawkins; her children, David Hawkins, Jr., Chris Hawkins (Christie), Maridee Kivett (Bobby) and Michelle Phelps; her grandchildren, Stephanie Young (Scott), Shaun Hawkins, Shane Hawkins, Aaron Hawkins, Abigail Canipe (Daniel), Justin Kivett (Sarah), Travis Kivett (Shelly), Courtney Caudill (Joel), Lauren Hayden (Dan), Brittany Etheridge (Jared), Andrew Phelps, Kelsey Phelps and Sydney Phelps; her great grandchildren, Paige Hawkins, Marshall Hawkins, Stetson Hawkins, Madelyn Kivett, Rebekah Kivett, Aubrianna Kivett, Emma Kivett, Alexa Kivett, Addison Kivett, John Kivett, Isabella Kivett, Ezra Etheridge, Jude Etheridge and Hayden; and her siblings, Kay Mixon (Tommy), Paul Perdue (Diana) and Linda Kester (Larry).
