She is survived by: her husband Grover Hammer; her children, Kari Hammer Hulin (Dale) of Denton and Tracy Hammer (Michelle) of Asheboro; her brother Tim Kirkman of Franklinville; her grandchildren, Zachary Hulin, Jenni Hulin, Dalton Hammer, Colby Hammer and Payson Hammer; her niece Erin Kirkman; and her nephew Dustin Kirkman.
