She was predeceased by: her parents, James Thomas Liles and Irene Virginia Byrd Liles; her husband Charles Edward Blake, Sr.; and her brothers, Ralph Thomas Liles, Billy Dean Liles, Jimmy David Liles and Johnny Steven Blake.
She is survived by: her daughters, Regina Blake Johnson (Darren) of Randleman and Wendy Blake Thompson (Wyatt) of Asheboro; her siblings, Sandra Baldwin (Tony) of Rockingham, Phyllis Sedberry of Albemarle, James Marvin Liles and Richard Blake (Carol) of Rockingham; and her grandchildren, Jessica Michelle Hogan, Matthew Blake Johnson, Jered Wyatt Thompson, Jordan Brooke Thompson, Emily Nicole Johnson and Jenna Marie Thompson.
